  I never do this type of thing, but I feel compelled to share my blessing with others. During Thanksgiving week I experienced some water damage, due to a damaged water line in my refrigerator. After searching on line, I contacted Action Carpet Cleaning Service. This was the best thing I could have ever done. They immediately came to my house to assess the damage. The water line to my refrigerator had been leaking for several days. My carpet in the dining room was now soaked and my kitchen floor under the refrigerator was also wet. Mr. West, the owner of the company, immediately came in and began to direct me through this process. It was like one stop shopping, from start to finish. I began this process a week after Thanksgiving and there has not been a day, that Mr. West did not call or stop by to check on the progress. I even spent 3 hours at his business selecting carpet and flooring for the kitchen. He was very patient and helpful in helping me to make a decision. He even followed up the next day with the samples I had chosen at my house to make sure it would work in my home. I work as a school counselor and often write letters of recommendations for my students attending college. This time, I have the pleasure of highly recommending this company to you.
